VMware Workstation 6.0をopenSuSE 11.1で動かそうとしたところ。
驚いたことに、Kernelモジュールが作れませんでした。
理由は、Kernelをビルドしたgccバージョンと導入されてるgccが合いませんよと言っておられます。
仕方がないので、Kernelをビルドし直しですかね。
VIA C7用に最適化すればパフォーマンスも上がると思われるので、ついでですね。
どちらにせよ、パッケージから、gcc4.3.3が入るのは若干困りものです。
